Currently we accept fan sites with following languages: Italian, Croatian, Korean, Czech, Norwegian, Danish, Polish, Dutch, Portuguese, English, Romanian, Finnish, Russian, French, Slovak, German, Spanish, Greek, Swedish, Hebrew, Turkish, Hungarian, Chinese (traditional), Japanese, Chinese (simplified). Other languages are NOT supported.
We do not have filesize limit but please do not upload files like 700MB ;)
Can I have media files?
Yes, you can. If you want public a lot of files, please contact and we will create a new account at special media server.
Do you backup my files?
Yes, We do. Every professional webhosting use backups. When our main disk is failed we will backup your account together with mysql databases, password and e-mails etc. However we recommend backup your files to your hard disk too.
When I need help, how long need I wait for answer?
We have efan-helpdesk. If you use efan-helpdesk you will receive answer shortly. If you don't like helpdesk you can use e-mail webmaster@e-fan.org but answers from helpdesk are faster because we use SMS Messages system.

Sorry, No. This is 100% free webhosting for high quality fan sites. If you want pay, please find webhosting company. We do not take money from users.

No, we're not a reseller, we have root access to and manage our own servers.
How long does it take to setup my account?
It usually takes less than 24 hours since you got accepted.
How long does it normally take for domains to use their new nameservers?
24-48 hours.

Do you offer support for broken scripts?
Yes and No. We offer support for phpBB, Coppermine, cutenews and other popular script. But if you use other script we do not know then and we can't help you.

We use different name servers, please contact us via e-mail if you don't have account yet or open a new ticket.
Will you install script for me?
Yes, we will. Please upload files to directory and we can do it for you. You can also use cPanel to install most popular scripts.
Can I use my own commercial ADS?
No, you can't. Running free webhosting costs a lot of money. We pay for high quality servers, licenses for cPanel, domains and other bills. If you put your own ADS you break E-Fan.org rules and your acccount will be suspended.

If you are more than 1 month at E-Fan.ORG and your website receives over 300 hits, please contact us ask.
